Amazing burgers!!! The variety they have and the price is soooooo worth it! Only been there once so I definitely have to go back to try their ghost pepper burger!!! The bottomless fries are soooooo good, and did I mention bottomless??? Yes I diiiiid! Unlimited friesssss and you know what else??? Bottomless broccoli!!!! I love broccoli so this is a definite plus for me! The burgers are juicy for sure and very filling, though I'm sure I can finish 2 burgers. But if you are getting bottomless broccoli (I know no one will) make sure to keep reminding them because they'll think its unusual for a person to get bottomless broccoli and they'll forget.

Red Robin. It's the same everywhere.

You have the bottomless fries, bottomless strawberry limeades ($4.79), what else can you ask for?!

I haven't been to a Red Robin in years and my boyfriend and I decided top drop by for dinner. It was Mother's Day, but we got a table right away. Service was excellent, and that's probably why I gave this a 3/5 instead of 2/5. The waitress was very nice and got everything out as quickly as possible. The fries and drinks were never empty, and I never had to ask more, which I really appreciate despite it being a holiday.

I got the royal burger, which is my typical order, and my boyfriend got the chicken tenders and fries. The tenders look good, but my burger was not up to taste. It was drenched in oil from top to bottom, to the point I had to use my fork and knife to cut it because my hands got too oily. I got so sick of the taste, I couldn't even finish.

I was very disappointed but hence it was Mother's Day, I didn't want to make a fuss. I just ate 2/3 of my burger and 3 baskets of fries, so it was still a meal. If I'm craving fries, I will definitely drop by again, because they're always freshly made. But I will avoid getting a burger next time.

It's a burger so if you are easily impressed by the toppings and not the burger this is your place. Unlimited fries so if you are a quantity person this is also a good place for ya! Very good steak fries and burgers are on par with every other upscale burger joint. Good place for kids.

They seriously have some delicious burgers here, totally hits the spot.

Also, bottomless fries?!! What what, who could beat that right? And even though the fries are bottomless, the quality is still there!

    Yummy, I'd def return!

We've Been Here about 50 Times, but Honestly, the Last Three Have Been Bad.

Red Robin's concept is great: burgers, bottomless fries or broccoli, and a full bar. We would come almost once-per-month and have a great meal, great service, and a great experience. However, over the last year we've seen prices go up and the quality of food and service go down. The typical price for a regular burger is $11 and $15 for premium/gourmet burgers... and bottomless fries or broccoli. I have no problem paying for quality, but it seems like Red Robin has been phoning it in with lackluster products.

I ordered the Bleu Ribbon Burger ($11) that had a steak sauce, bleu cheese crumbles, crispy onion straws, lettuce, tomatoes, and chipotle mayo served on an onion bun. I remember feeling let down when the food came out. The burger was just OK, it seemed smaller than I remember and not as flavorful--they usually have been great. The ingredients were piled in the middle and didn't extend to the edges so you could taste all the ingredients with every bite. Additionally, my date and I thought they changed the quality of their meat for an inferior alternative that was just bland and barely noticeable. She ordered the Burnin' Love Burger ($11) that came with fried jalapeno coins, salsa, pepper-jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and chipotle mayo, served on a jalapeno-cornmeal Kaiser roll. She had a similar take on her burger, let down, bland, and inferior quality. Our kids ordered from the kids menu ($5), which to Red Robin's credit, is great. It has lots of options for kids to choose from: burgers, mac-n-cheese, chicken, pasta, pizza, corn dogs, and grilled cheese, along with a lot of bottomless sides: fries, broccoli, chips, salad, corn, apples, and fruits. Of course, they didn't complain one bit and enjoyed their meal. At least for kids, this is still a great place for them.

Almost every single time before today, we had top-notch service. However, this time our server seemed discombobulated, disorganized, and flustered. I'm not sure if she was new, burnt out, or just having a bad day. We would've communicated our experience to the manager, but he never stopped by the table and, oddly, supported the host stand over the serving staff during a relatively slow night. Overall, I don't think I can justify coming to a burger place that charges premium prices for sub-par food. I'm hoping this is a recent trend for this location, that can easily be corrected because we've had lots of great experiences here before. I'm torn as to whether come here or go to Culver's--which has the BEST quick-service burgers. I would normally give Red Robin 4 stars, but since the last three times have been bad, there's a disturbing and disheartening trend forming here.
